Feds Slam Atty's New Trial Attempt In Witness Murder Case

Law360, New York (June 14, 2013, 2:25 PM EDT) -- U.S. prosecutors told a New Jersey federal judge Wednesday that a criminal defense attorney who was convicted on charges that he used his law practice to facilitate murder and traffic drugs shouldn't receive a new trial because the evidence supporting his conviction is strong.
