DOJ's Compromise On Plan B Access Justified, Judge Says

Law360, Los Angeles (June 12, 2013, 8:36 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge said Wednesday that the U.S. Department of Justice’s proposal to provide Plan B One-Step emergency contraception without a prescription complied with an earlier order to make levonorgestrel-based contraceptives available without age or prescription requirements, resolving a 12-year battle for OTC status.
