Axiom's Trade Secret, Fraud Claims Cut In Trademark Row

Law360, New York (June 13, 2013, 5:40 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Wednesday dismissed Axiom Worldwide Inc.'s trade secret misappropriation and business interference claims in a suit accusing a Chinese company and several former Axiom employees of making counterfeit Axiom devices and trying to steal its trademarks, saying the company didn't sufficiently prove its claims.
