Holland & Hart Adds Ex-DOJ Export Control Head

Law360, New York (June 14, 2013, 2:20 PM EDT) -- The former head of the U.S. Department of Justice's export control and embargo investigations has joined the Washington, D.C., office of Holland & Hart LLP, the firm announced Thursday.

Steven Pelak has joined as a partner in Holland & Hart's trade sanctions and white collar practice group following long stints at the DOJ and, prior to that, as a federal prosecutor.
