9th Circ. Rejects Enviro Challenge To Calif. Timber Project

Law360, Los Angeles (June 13, 2013, 5:13 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Thursday refused to block a logging project in California's Shasta-Trinity National Forest, affirming a ruling that found federal agencies had adequately reviewed the project's potential impacts on critical habitat of the endangered northern spotted owl.
