Realty Referral Co.'s Antitrust Claims Axed In Copyright Row

Law360, New York (June 13, 2013, 11:04 PM EDT) -- A Maryland federal judge on Monday tossed a real estate referral service's antitrust claims in Metropolitan Regional Information Systems Inc.'s copyright infringement case against it, ruling the referral service did not plausibly allege that MRIS conspired to thwart competition through sham lawsuits.
