Texas High Court Won't Take Up Chiropractor Rule Challenge

Law360, Dallas (June 14, 2013, 4:46 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday said it won’t review the Texas Medical Association’s request that the court overturn a Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners rule the doctors’ group says unconstitutionally allows chiropractors to diagnose patients.
