$1.3B Md. Harbor Point Project Stumbles Over Plaza Plans

Law360, New York (June 14, 2013, 3:21 PM EDT) -- The approval process for the $1.3 billion Harbor Point redevelopment project hit a small hiccup on Thursday when a Baltimore panel declined to recommend the design of a 1.3-acre plaza near Exelon Corp.'s proposed new high-rise headquarters.

The Urban Design and Architecture Review Panel withheld its formal recommendation for the project's park area, dubbed Central Plaza, and asked the developer to tweak its plans, a panel official confirmed to Law360.
