Taped Sex Act Violated Waffle House CEO's Privacy: Judge

Law360, New York (June 17, 2013, 4:22 PM EDT) -- A Georgia state judge said Friday that a housekeeper who secretly videotaped herself engaging in a sex act with Waffle House Inc. chairman Joe Rogers Jr. violated his privacy and ordered her to respond to questions she has so far resisted answering.
