Contractors Fear Overreach In GSA's Acquisition Reforms

Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 9:20 PM EDT) -- The U.S. General Services Administration is trying to tamp down on managerial meddling in the wake of reported interference with $900 million in information technology contracts, but contractors worry that the GSA's efforts could leave inexperienced personnel without the guidance they need to efficiently complete negotiations.
