LG, Others Sued Over Flash Memory Drive Patent

Law360, New York (January 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- California-based computer gadgets maker Ennova Direct Inc. filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against several technology companies, including LG Electronics USA Inc., accusing them of infringing a patent regarding flash memory drives with retractable USB connectors.

Besides LG Electronics, Ennova has also sued Thomson Inc., Nspire Systems Inc., and Flash Ventures Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
