NJ Justices Take Up Arbitration Clause In Debt Agency Suit

Law360, New York (June 17, 2013, 9:32 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Thursday granted certification to a case in which it will decide if the arbitration clause in a contract a woman signed with a debt management agency was sufficient to waive her right to sue for damages.
