Law Firm's Arbitration Clause Doesn't Cover Age Bias Claims

Law360, New York (June 18, 2013, 5:51 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate panel Tuesday agreed to bifurcate certain claims against a law firm accused of discriminating against an older attorney, sending claims of alleged breach of contract to arbitration while leaving the discrimination claims to be tried in court.
