Citicorp Executive Gets 2 Years For Misuse Of Funds

Law360, Miami (June 18, 2013, 5:51 PM EDT) -- A former executive for Citicorp Services Inc. was sentenced Tuesday in Tampa, Fla., to two years in federal prison and ordered to pay more than $824,000 in restitution for a wire fraud scheme she conducted for more than six years.

Susan Emily Jones, 50, pled guilty in January to unauthorized transfers of funds from the Citibank NA reserve account between Nov. 13, 2003 and Jan. 5, 2010, while managing operations in Tampa as a vice president and senior business director for Citicorp Services, according to a...
