Chrysler Bends To Feds' Demand For Recall Of 2.7M Jeeps

Law360, Chicago (June 18, 2013, 5:07 PM EDT) -- Chrysler Group LLC on Tuesday agreed to follow the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's request that it recall 2.7 million Jeep vehicles for fire risks, retreating from its initial refusal to issue the recall on grounds that the agency misanalyzed safety data.
