Law360, Miami (June 19, 2013, 5:16 PM EDT) -- A Florida couple on Wednesday asked an appeals court to reinstate their suit over what they say is a regulatory taking of their nine-acre offshore island, arguing that the government had the burden of proving that increasingly strict regulations didn't amount to a taking.
