Toys R Us Customers Ask Calif. Court To Revive Gift Card Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (June 19, 2013, 5:14 PM EDT) -- Toys R Us Inc. consumers urged a California appellate court Wednesday to revive their class action alleging the toy retailer sold gift cards stamped with misleading language about their cash redemption value, arguing that a trial court erroneously barred them from adding a class representative who bought such cards.
