Judge Denies GE's Bid In Counsel's Sex Bias Suit

Law360, New York (January 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has denied General Electric Company's bid to strike the class action allegations from a gender discrimination lawsuit, a motion the company filed because the plaintiff's position as GE general counsel ostensibly gave her access to confidential information.
