Investor Sues To Block Suspected Icahn Herbalife Deal

Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 3:48 PM EDT) -- Public-interest lawyer Daniel Ravicher asked a New York judge Wednesday to prevent billionaire Carl Icahn from taking private the alleged pyramid scheme Herbalife Ltd., in which Ravicher holds a significant short position, saying Icahn is on a war path against fellow short-seller Bill Ackman.
