Fla. Police Union Asks Court To Revive Unfair-Labor Claim

Law360, Miami (June 19, 2013, 9:44 PM EDT) -- A police union urged a Florida appeals court Wednesday to reinstate an unfair labor practice charge it filed against the city of Hollywood for unilaterally changing its contract, saying the city did not act in good faith when declaring financial urgency as justification.
