White House Asks ITC To Probe EU Trade Barriers

Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 6:32 PM EDT) -- Ahead of scheduled talks on a proposed transatlantic free trade agreement, the White House has asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to explore whether regulatory hurdles overseas are limiting small and medium-sized businesses from trading with the European Union.
