Health, Environmental Groups Sue EPA Over Smog Standards

Law360, Los Angeles (June 19, 2013, 8:19 PM EDT) -- A coalition of public health and environmental groups, including Sierra Club and the American Lung Association, hit the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency with a lawsuit in California federal court on Wednesday, asking the court to set a deadline for action on overdue standards for ozone pollution.
