NJ Senate Approves Medicaid Expansion

Law360, New York (June 20, 2013, 8:34 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Senate on Thursday advanced legislation to expand the state’s Medicaid eligibility, getting the state one step closer to billions of federal dollars dedicated to subsidizing health insurance for low-income residents as part of the Affordable Care Act.
