$3.3M Settlement In AT&T Wages Action Gets Final Approval

Law360, Miami (June 21, 2013, 6:52 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge issued final approval to a settlement in a class action brought by AT&T Corp. retail account executives against the company, creating a fund of nearly $3.3 million to cover awards for a variety of wage and other alleged work violations.

U.S. District Judge Marcia G. Cooke's final judgment also dismissed the case with prejudice and awarded one-third of the settlement fund to the class counsel and a total of $10,000 in service fees to three named plaintiffs in the case.
