Rule On Union Reps' Use Of Co. Email Unlawful, NLRB Says

Law360, New York (June 21, 2013, 6:39 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board ruled Thursday that a 2010 notice from management at a pulp and paper maker's facility in Washington state violated labor law as it warned that employee union representatives were spending too much time using the company's email system.
