Hospital Asks 5th Circ. To Revive $40M Cigna Dispute

Law360, New York (June 21, 2013, 6:23 PM EDT) -- A Houston hospital operator on Thursday urged the Fifth Circuit to revive its suit alleging that Cigna Corp. had wrongfully withheld more than $40 million in medical reimbursements, saying a lower court judge had made several errors of law when dismissing claims from the suit.
