Brown Rudnick Sinks Malpractice Suit Over Medical Sales Row

Law360, New York (June 21, 2013, 7:59 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Friday said a forum selection agreement and earlier litigation forbid a New Jersey lawsuit in which Surgical Orthomedics Inc. claims Brown Rudnick LLP's poor legal work caused it to shoulder a more than $3.3 million arbitration decision in a sales dispute over spine and tissue products.
