Circle K Mislabeled Store Managers To Avoid OT, Suit Says

Law360, New York (June 21, 2013, 9:17 PM EDT) -- A longtime convenience-store manager for Circle K Stores Inc. hit the chain with a proposed collective action Friday accusing his former employer of misclassifying him as an overtime-exempt, upper-level employee when he was in fact "a glorified cashier."
