WilmerHale's Insurer Sues Storage Co. Over Destroyed Docs

Law360, Chicago (June 24, 2013, 1:52 PM EDT) -- An insurer for WilmerHale sued a document management firm in Maryland federal court Saturday, alleging the company's negligence caused the partial collapse of a warehouse last year that destroyed WilmerHale's business records and other property.
