Publisher To Refund $1.8M To Settle Deceptive Marketing Case

Law360, Miami (June 24, 2013, 8:16 PM EDT) -- Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Monday that her office has agreed on a settlement with a book and DVD publishing company Boardroom Inc. over allegations of deceptive and unfair trade practices that will see the company refund up to $1.8 million to consumers.
