Judge Says Old Dominion Ban On Alcoholic Truckers Illegal

Law360, New York (June 24, 2013, 7:41 PM EDT) -- An Arkansas federal judge ruled on Monday that the shipping company Old Dominion Freight Line Inc.'s policy of refusing to allow alcoholic drivers behind the wheels of its trucks under any circumstances, even if they undergo treatment, is unlawful.
