OfficeMax Denies It Owes Georgia-Pacific In $31M Cleanup Row

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 6:26 PM EDT) -- OfficeMax Inc. asked a California judge on Monday to toss a Georgia-Pacific LLC suit demanding contribution to $31 million in cleanup costs at a polluted lumber mill site, saying the company assumed all future liabilities when it bought the site from OfficeMax's predecessor.
