Gannett Cornering D.C. Market For USA Today: Suit

Law360, New York (January 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A newspaper distributor has accused Gannett Co. Inc., the largest newspaper publisher in the U.S., of violating antitrust laws by attempting to make the Washington Post Co. the sole distributor of Gannett's USA Today daily in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.
