Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 10:37 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Tuesday released Indian Harbor Insurance Co. from footing an oil company's bill for handling legal and remediation costs tied to polychlorinated biphenyl-contaminated oil delivered to a customer, finding the company's costs did not stem from a discharge of pollutants as required under its policy.
