Texas Lawmakers Likely To Return After Abortion Bill Failed

Law360, Dallas (June 26, 2013, 1:52 AM EDT) -- After a night of chaos, the Texas Senate said early Wednesday morning it did not reach a vote on an abortion restriction bill before a special legislative session ended, but Republican leadership said it will get a second chance to pass the measure in another special session.
