11th Circ. Affirms Teva's Win In Suit Over Generic Reglan

Law360, Los Angeles (June 25, 2013, 6:49 PM EDT) -- A day after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that generic-drug makers cannot be sued under state law for design defects, the Eleventh Circuit on Tuesday dismissed a consumer's suit claiming Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc.'s generic heartburn drug caused her neurological disorder.
