Condo Group Snags $5M Jury Award Over Building Defects

Law360, New York (June 26, 2013, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania state court recently awarded a condominium association a $5.05 million judgment, which includes punitive damages, against the developers and engineers of its building over alleged violations of the Uniform Condominium Act and misrepresentations about the building's structural integrity.
