Jones Day Beats Ex-Secretary's Discrimination Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (June 25, 2013, 7:52 PM EDT) -- A California state appellate court Tuesday affirmed a lower court's judgment for Jones Day in a race discrimination lawsuit brought by a former legal secretary who accused the law firm of disparate treatment of African-Americans, ruling the secretary's firing was part of the firm's restructuring.
