Quest, Health Insurers Escape Monopoly Plot Suit

Law360, New York (June 26, 2013, 4:43 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday said four medical testing labs' antitrust suit alleging Quest Diagnostics Inc. offered insurers incentives to spurn its competitors lacked evidence of a coordinated plot and of a Quest monopoly, leading him to dismiss the claims.
