Luminant Asks High Court To Topple EPA's Emissions Limits

Law360, New York (June 26, 2013, 3:46 PM EDT) -- Luminant Generation Co. LLC urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday to overturn federally imposed emissions limits for starting up or shutting down power units, claiming that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency abused its oversight power when it replaced a Texas-approved plan with more stringent requirements.
