Aetna Hits NJ Pain Doctors With $60M Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (June 26, 2013, 9:40 PM EDT) -- Aetna Health Inc. last week filed a suit in New Jersey state court alleging two New Jersey physicians used their medical practices to bilk the insurer out of more than $60 million by filing fraudulent insurance claims over the course of a decade.
