FDA Must Issue Food Safety Rules By Nov., Judge Says

Law360, New York (June 26, 2013, 3:12 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday ordered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to propose overdue food safety regulations by the end of November, refusing to give the agency the flexibility it said was necessary to roll out the rules.
