Lehman Creditors' Attys' Fees Unfair, US Trustee Says

Law360, New York (June 26, 2013, 7:16 PM EDT) -- Elliott Management Corp., the Bank of New York Mellon Corp. and five other large Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. creditors shouldn't get $26 million in extra attorneys' fees for themselves and their outside counsel, the U.S. trustee argued in an appeal Tuesday.
