GM Sued Over Cadillac Airbag Failure In Fatal Fla. Crash

Law360, Miami (June 26, 2013, 4:17 PM EDT) -- General Motors Corp. was sued in Florida state court Monday in connection with the 2011 death of a woman who was killed when a tractor trailer slammed into her 2003 Cadillac CTS and its two airbags did not deploy.
