Boeing Accused Of Shoddy Design In Indonesia Plane Crash

Law360, Los Angeles (June 27, 2013, 6:59 PM EDT) -- A group of Indonesian citizens on Wednesday slapped The Boeing Co. with a product liability suit in the U.S. over an April plane crash in Bali, saying the plane's design defects caused the crash. 

Wednesday's suit, filed in Cook County, Ill., on behalf of six Indonesians, seeks to hold Boeing liable for the April 13 crash, which resulted in dozens of injuries but no fatalities.
