PSU Administrators Want Sandusky Cover-Up Charges Axed

Law360, Philadelphia (June 27, 2013, 4:56 PM EDT) -- Former Pennsylvania State University administrators Tim Curley and Gary Schultz asked a state judge last week to join a motion by ousted university president Graham Spanier to quash an indictment lodged against them last year on charges that they covered up convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky's crimes.
