Ex-NJ Atty Gets 33 Months For Stealing From Firm

Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 7:41 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday sentenced a former attorney to 33 months in prison for embezzling more than $885,000 from his law firm's accounts and real estate transactions, and ordered him to pay restitution roughly equal to the amount he took.
