FTC Official Urges Completion Of Mobile Privacy Standards

Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 7:46 PM EDT) -- A Federal Trade Commission official on Thursday pushed the mobile industry to forge ahead with efforts to create standards for notifying users about how their data is collected and used, including a nearly completed process to craft a voluntary code of conduct for mobile app transparency.
