Commerce Sets Dumping Rate On Chinese Honey Imports

Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 4:31 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has set the preliminary anti-dumping duty rate on honey imports from China at $2.63 per kilogram, according to an agency notice released Thursday.

Announcement that Commerce has set a China-wide rate comes after the U.S. government seven months ago determined that removing tariffs on honey imports from China would likely harm the domestic industry.
