UPMC Rips Highmark's Challenge To Antitrust Doc Turnover

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 2:16 PM EDT) -- The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center on Thursday reiterated its rebuttals against Highmark Inc.'s objections to releasing documents detailing its aborted $4.8 million settlement in antitrust litigation UPMC is also defending, saying they're relevant to claims that Highmark pursued a “sham” settlement to hurt UPMC.
